Why we started
We spent years inside companies trying to change how they work. The pattern was always the same: a few interviews, a workshop, a slide deck, and a roadmap built on the opinions of whoever was in the room. Six months later, the company worked exactly as it did before.
AI made the gap wider. The tools changed every month, but the way companies decided what to change did not. We built Orbit3x so that every company can see how it really runs, in the words of the people who do the work, and know exactly where AI should change it.
